Graduate Program

At Mount Isa Physio, we’ve designed a program for those who have recently graduated university to apply the knowledge they’ve learned and hone their skills in a safe and constructive environment. With a genuine focus on professional development and wellbeing, our graduate program will help you take your career to the next level with a range of tools and expertise ready at your disposal.

Our graduate program covers everything and anything you need to propel you from a graduate to an experienced physio. To help you develop and grow into the best Physiotherapist you can be, our graduate program will provide you with:

3-day orientation program
Over 150 CPD hours in your first year
CPD allowance for external courses
Buddy system
Shadowing & learning from experienced Physios
Equipment and manual handling training
Regular reviews with your mentor to set goals and continue your learning
Career progression pathways
Work autonomously with peer support once you’re feeling confident
1:1 mentorship program with senior Physiotherapists
